We are pleased to present you the guest rewards program “Aquarium Hotel Frequent Guests”, established for our regular guests.

All members of the program obtain additional discounts and privileges depending on an accumulated amount spent on accommodation at Sunflower Avenue Hotel Moscow as well as in Airhotel and Airhotel Express (Domodedovo), SunFlower Park, Sunflower River Hotel Moscow and Aerostar (Moscow), Tourist (Omsk), Ramada Alabuga (Yelabuga) and и Golden Bay Premium (Anapa) hotels.

It is easy and simple to become a member of the program – all you have to do is just to specify your contact information when filling in the registration form and to receive the card “Frequent Guest – CLASSIC”.

Please present your membership card each time when accommodating at our hotels and specify that you are the program member when making the hotel reservation.

The loyalty program for Frequent Guests of the Aquarium Hotel (Krasnogorsk) (the card given at the hotel is valid at all hotels of the chain).

Classic

The card is to be issued to any guest staying for the 2nd time and more..

The card is activated upon the check-in following the card issuance.

Discount of 10%

on the following hotel services:

  • accommodation
  • restaurant and lobby bar services
  • Laundry and ironing

Silver

The card is issued upon payment for the accommodation services in any hotel of the chain for a total amount of at least RUB 35,000.00.

Discount of 15%

on the following hotel services:

  • accommodation
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Restaurant and lobby bar services (including the room service)

Late check-out until 2 p.m.

Free room upgrade (if there are rooms available).

Gold

The card is issued upon payment for the accommodation services in any hotel of the chain for a total amount of at least RUB 100, 000 (payment for additional services shall be disregarded).

Discount of 20%

on the following hotel services:

  • accommodation
  • Restaurant and lobby bar services (including the room service)
Discount of 50%

on laundry and ironing services.

Late check-out until 4 p.m.

Free services
  • Complete set of the beauty aids and personal use items in the room
  • Bathrobe and slippers
  • Complimentary fruit plate upon arrival
  • Free room upgrade (if there are rooms available)

Vip

The card is issued upon payment for the accommodation services in any hotel of the chain for a total amount of at least RUB 200, 000 (payment for additional services shall be disregarded).


Discount of 30%

on the following hotel services:

  • accommodation
  • restaurant and lobby bar services (including the room service)
Free services
  • Complete set of the beauty aids and personal use items in the room
  • Bathrobe and slippers
  • Complimentary fruit plate upon arrival
  • Laundry and ironing
Frequent Guest Program Rules:
  1. Any Guest staying at any of the above-mentioned hotels, managed by the company, for the 2nd time, can become a member of the program.
  2. To become a member of the program, please specify your contact information when filling in the registration form and receive the Frequent Guest – CLASSIC card. The card will be effective as of the next check-in (the card is not effective as on the date of issuance so discounts and privileges are not provided).
  3. The regular guests joining the Loyalty Program and awarded the SILVER, GOLD and VIP status immediately, will be provided with discounts as of the date of the cards issuance (i.e., directly on the check-in and the card issuance date).
  4. Discounts and cumulative amounts upon this program are charged if:
    • the reservation is made by the Guest directly, i.e. with no intermediaries (companies, tourist agencies / tour operators, Internet portals, online reservation systems on third-party websites).
    • the Guest’s stay is provided according to the hotel open official rates (card-based discount shall not be cumulative with promotional rates, special offers, ad coupons etc.).
    • the Guest pays for his/her accommodation at the hotel at his/her own expense (by cash or by using the bank card, via bank transfer).
    • when checking in at the hotel, the Guest presents the card to Reception (before paying for the room if the payment is made on the check-in date).
    • when making the hotel reservation by phone or by e-mail, the Guest informs of this card availability and its relevant status.
  5. The membership card is cumulative so when upgrading, the guest shall be given a card with higher status.
  6. The Frequent Guest program membership card is personalized and shall not be delivered to third parties.
  7. The Loyalty Program discounts shall not apply to group accommodation and organizing banquets, standing buffets, execution of other events.
  8. The card is valid for life.
